2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Customized or Personalized Items: Any items that have been customized, embroidered, or personalized based on customer specifications are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during a clearance sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Perishable or Hygiene Items: Any perishable goods or items related to personal hygiene, such as fitness mats, towels, or water bottles, cannot be returned once opened.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.
